Landscape and Visual Appraisal
A proportionate landscape report for schemes that don't need a full LVIA.
What it is and when you need it
Not every application needs a full Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment. For smaller or less sensitive schemes, a Landscape and Visual Appraisal (LVA) uses the same principles in a shorter, more focused report. It gives the planning officer what they need to judge landscape and visual effects, without the cost and time of a full EIA-style assessment.
An LVA often suits small housing sites, rural buildings, telecoms masts, battery storage and other modest infrastructure. If you are not sure which you need, we can advise before you commit.
What we provide
